The dove in the garage has given up. There was a chick, but it's dead now. No idea why or how. But the doves have now given up and gone away. This means that I can now get my garage door motor fixed. I just don't really have either the heart or the money. Sigh ( Read more... )

Those who have visited my home may know of the half-finished dove nest in one corner of my garage door internal support. Day two of the Great Hedonism Roadtrip started just like the first, with a certain amount of coughing and sotto voce swearing at the very loud birdlife. Okay so I missed the last Sin session of 2005. I was really hoping to get there but the fool neck had a relapse.
